From a conviction to a journey
NERA PULSE began as a multi-sector consulting firm, working alongside companies, public bodies and professionals seeking to structure their growth: corporate strategy, organisation, digital transformation, audit and finance.
Working close to the practical difficulties of recruitment and employability, the team identified a wider opportunity: to build, beyond one-off consulting, a digital product able to solve that problem at scale. That first product, NERA QuickJob, became QUICK, the digital ecosystem NERA PULSE builds and operates today.
NERA PULSE, a contraction of New Era, carries the promise of a new era in which digital innovation and strategic excellence converge to transform organisations and individuals.
Governance
Day-to-day governance rests on a complementary pair: the Chief Executive Officer, who carries the vision, the strategy and the ambition, and the Deputy Chief Executive Officer & CTO, who drives execution, coordinates the support directorates and leads the technical development of QUICK.
